Josie G’s music is an intoxicating blend of smooth melodies and heartfelt lyrics, drawing inspiration from gospel legends like BeBe & CeCe Winans.

This February, Josie is preparing for the highly anticipated release of her debut album, "Set the Vibes," dropping on February 22, 2025. The album features standout tracks like “Drunk Driving" featuring Nova, the tender ballad “Passion”, and the groove-heavy “ Feels Like” Featuring SwagRight Toni. Fans will get the chance to celebrate with Josie at her album release party on February 23 at Ziggy’s in Ypsilanti, where she promises an unforgettable night of music, special guest performances by Hem Kong, Notorious_VonnaC, Ronny B and even a open mic set to open the show. From Benton Harbor to Center Stage

Originally from Benton Harbor, Josie credits her small-town upbringing for instilling in her a deep love for music and community. Since moving to the area, she has made a name for herself as one of Southeast Michigan’s most promising R&B artists, winning over fans with her powerful vocals and magnetic stage presence.

Josie will be headlining the Valentine’s edition of The Dojo tonight at the Regal Beagle in Ypsilanti, where she will surely give us a heartfelt set that captures the spirit of love and romance.
