Lan City: Hand pulled Noodles

I only have experience eating at the location on Washtenaw Avenue. This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. I’m a big fan of eating soupy noodle dishes, personally I would recommend any of their noodle soup dishes they have. Their dumpling dishes are also amazing. At the Ypsilanti location they have a person in house who makes the noodles, you can choose if you want them knife pulled or hand pulled. You should experiment with each and go with the one that you like the most. They also have another location on South University Avenue in Ann Arbor. I haven’t eaten there but I am super excited to try them out.
