The Ann Arbor Hub team attended an insightful Sprouts and Microgreens Workshop at the Ann Arbor District Library. We left with so much knowledge about not only the process of growing sprouts and microgreens at home but also the health benefits of eating them and we even walked away with a starter kit to get growing the same day!
